Candy and Conversations
RLS tabling event for residents to share concerns and converse with the RLS and RAs. Resident will receive candy for participating in the event.

Halloween Goodie Bags
I would like to make some individual goodie bags to give to my residents right before Halloween. It will contain some peanut free candy (I have some peanut sensitive residents), as well as some condoms, as well as a packet of hot chocolate mix. I know that with a major holiday, residents will be out and about and I think it is very important that they have access to condoms in case they want to be sexually active over the weekend to keep them safe. I also want them to have candy for Halloween.

Lincoln Hall
Costume contest through Lincoln Hall! Residents can submit pictures of their Halloween costumes and the RA's will judge for different categories. The winners will share a goodie bag(maybe gift card), prizes. The categories are: Best solo costume, best group (2 or more), and RLS' favorite. As long as a Lincoln Hall resident is participating, a group with outside folks may enter!
ON HALLOWEEN there will be a live costume show!!! A red carpet type style show! Most likely the library! Everyone in attendance has to wear a costume! This will be a chance for residents in costume can take pictures and submit their photos.Conclusion: There will be BOTH a contest, that requires a photo submission through Instagram, and a live show on October 31st, later in the afternoon, but not too late.

Halloween Goodie Bags
Passive program that will include notes on alcohol use and safe sex, potentially
condoms for the residents, along with candy and cute Halloween knickknacks.
Location: boreman north rooms 180-193
Time: 12:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
3rd Floor Halloween Party
The Oakland East 3rd Floor Residents will be able to connect with other residents on the floor and express themselves with the Halloween costume of their choosing. They will also be able to decorate a pumpkin while eating pizza and candy.

Spooky Movie Night
The fourth floor will gather in the lounge for a movie night and hangout with other residents and eat some popcorn. The residents of the fourth floor will be able to choose the movie that they want to watch. There will be popcorn provided for residents.

Boreman 2v2 Basketball Championship!
Host: Boreman North, Boreman South
Location: Will Take place at the WVU Rec Center.

Friday 10/29/21
Halloween Goodie Bag Program
RLS will be in the lobby with around 200 goodie bags filled with Halloween items to give to students. Also in the bags are facts provided by UPD that tell students way to stay safe on a hectic weekend. UPD is providing frisbees as well to promote a collaborative community between Seneca Hall and UPD.

Recovery Kits
Recovery kits will be handed out in the third floor lobby on the Friday leading into Halloween weekend. These kits will contain snacks and a mini Gatorade to supply students with food and drinks for the weekend before going out/going to the home football game. This kit will also contain information from the Career Center here on campus. We will reach out to them through email to see if they have any information pamphlets or merchandise products.

Saturday 10/30/21
Up All Night Tap IN
RA's Jack and Thato will take their residents to Up All Night and enjoy the festivities provided. Will facilitate any events that the residents may want to engage and interact with.

7th floor Halloween Nights
7th floor residents will participate in arts and crafts along with watching a movie.rmation pamphlets or merchandise products.
Location: 7th floor lounge, 7th floor residents
Time: 2:00 p.m.
Boreman North, Boreman South
Residents will meet in the community room with their costumes and a winner will be voted on. The first place costume will receive a prize. Goodie bags will be made and distributed to all attending residents. Residents who bring their own candy will have a Trick or Treat amongst themselves using the candy they brought.

Sunday 10/31/21
Seneca Hall Olympics
In this field-day-like event, residents would gather together in teams of up to 4 people in Seneca to compete in a range of events, all chosen for all levels of skill. They would rotate around stations over a 2 hour period, coming together at the end for point tallying to see what top 3 teams win, prizes going out to each member of the team. View the sign up form can be and a copy of potential events.

Reverse Trick or Treat
RLS and RAs will go around the hall to give out candy to the residents on Halloween.

7th Floor Trick or Treat and Movie
On Halloween Day (Sunday, October 31st), 7th floor will be trick or treating from 7-9pm. The RAs will be sitting in one half of the community room with candy for residents, while also playing a spooky/Halloween movie in the other half of the community room. Residents may also give out candy, given that it is individually wrapped. If residents would like to participate in handing out candy, they will be asked to place some identifier (such as a sticky note) on their door.
